Mace was appointed on Mirdif City Centre in a project management role by long standing client Majid Al Futtaim Properties. Mace was responsible for managing the project from scheme design to completion, including coordinating with client stakeholders, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers world-wide. With a gross leasable area extending to 196,000 square metres, Mirdif City Centre features 430 stores which include first-time and unique retailers to the region. Key anchor stores include Carrefour, Centrepoint, CineStar Cinemas, Crate & Barrel, Debenhams, Decathlon (opening soon), Emax, Fitness First, Home Centre, Office Depot, Playnation &Pottery Barn

Mirdif City Centre offers easy access with three dedicated bridges and 12 entry and exit points at different levels of its car parks that can accommodate 7,000 spaces. The shopping mall is the first in the region to follow ecologically friendly and sustainability compliant construction techniques from its early design stages and is in process of acquiring LEED Gold certification.

The mall’s superior leisure and entertainment offer includes some exciting new concepts to the region. Playnation, a brand new entertainment destination, includes iFLY Dubai - an indoor sky-diving centre, Cite' Des Enfants - a children’s edutainment centre, Soccer Circus Dubai - a fully interactive football attraction – first of its kind in the region, Yalla!
