Sainsbury's Store Refurbishment Programme | Mace
Mace was originally appointed in November 2005 to act as cost consultant and employers agent on an 11-store refurbishment programme. Following the successful completion of the initial phase of this programme our role was expanded to act as the client's project manager and further expanded to oversee a rollout programme of 34 stores in 2006 and 55 stores in 2007.
In February 2006 Mace was also appointed to act as programme manager over all Sainsbury's workstreams, including new stores and extensions.
