Macro received near-perfect feedback in three separate customer interviews conducted in early 2010. Each of the three London-based clients praised the Macro teams both on and off site, and provided scores of 99%.
"We're thrilled about the recent survey results," said Peter Brumby, Macro managing director. "They help to verify what we already know is true - that we provide a great FM service to our clients and add significant value to their facilities."
The three client companies, which include a small non-profit and a global FMCG firm, reveal the wide variety of sectors across which Macro works. Two of the companies have ongoing managed services contracts with Macro; the other is working with Macro's facilities consultants to effectively manage the movement of regional staff to its London location.
Customer interviews are conducted on a regular basis by an impartial third party to ensure that Macro can constantly monitor and improve its service to its clients.
"We're dedicated to ensuring that we're continually flexing our organisation to meet our customers' needs," Brumby said.
